By accessing and using Artify's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Artify connects users with professional artists who create personalized, high-quality artwork based on detailed user requirements. We offer both digital downloads and hand-painted canvas prints through our case-based workflow.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Only upload images you own or have permission to use
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. The AI-generated artwork created from your images becomes your property upon payment. However, you grant Artify a limited license to use your images solely for the purpose of creating your requested artwork.

Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for physical canvas orders. Digital downloads are final sale unless there is a technical issue with the generation process.

Limitation of Liability

Artify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service.
